Disability Services Division: Disability Services Division within the Department of Health and Human Services provides a variety of programs, including institutional care, residential services, case management and home-based services to families. They also are invloved with a variety of employment outcome related services including: counseling and guidance, career training, transportation, adaptive equipment, orientation and mobility services to the blind, rehabilitation teaching services to the blind, independent living services, medical services, job placement, and supported employment.
