Jayne has worked as a case manager since 1989. 30% of the clientele that they serve at HCBS have brain injuries. She advocated to start services for persons with brain injuries. Jayne was very active in the committee that started the Bridges and Headway programs. She also advocated and set up Beehive #4, which is a home for individuals with brain injuries.
